International Arrivals and Federal Inspections

International arriving passengers will proceed to U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s passport control.   After clearing passport control, passengers will proceed to collect baggage and clear U.S. Customs. The airline ticket counters are located on the 2nd floor after exiting Customs, where passengers may re-check baggage if having a connecting flight. 

After exiting U.S. Customs, you will be on 1st level of the Terminal. Here passengers will find ground transportation, and parking facilities. To connect to other airlines, take the elevator to 2nd level. Follow the signs for the Interlink to connect to the rental car center and rail services.

Automated Solutions for Entering the United States

Global Entry

Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows for expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Participants may enter the United States by using automated kiosks. To sign up for Global Entry, visit the CBP website.

Automated Passport Control

Automated Passport Control (APC) is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection program that expedites the entry process for U.S. citizens, Canadian citizens, VISA waiver (ESTA), and Legal Permanent residents. Travelers use a self-service kiosk to submit their Customs declaration form and biographic information. APC is free and does not require pre-registration or membership. It maintains the highest level of protection in handling personal information and data. APC’s help reduce wait times, congestion and assist in faster processing.
